ADP is hiring a Vice President, Technology Communications, reporting to the Chief Global Product and Technology Officer. This role has responsibility and ownership in defining and applying best in class communication practices and infrastructure to engage internal and external audience. This experienced leader, will drive a communication strategy that focuses on influencing and effectively communicating our transformation journey into becoming a technology company. Additionally, this role will be responsible for actively branding our HCM transformative and innovative products. This person will work directly with senior leaders across all functions, as well as HR, to plan, design and execute a comprehensive, holistic and customized communication plan to ensure inclusive of standard communication framework, continuity, governance and an enhanced associate cultural experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works closely with key stakeholders and the business process improvement leaders to drive communication into all projects.
Manages internal and external blogs and other website content management for the Chief Product and Technology Officer to engage internal and external audience to evangelize our brand and purpose.
Creates comprehensive communication plan within the technology organization in order to energize and engage 9,000 associates, across 5 continents, and a dozen major locations.
Actively identifies most relevant external public speaking opportunities and High-tech forums for the CPTO.
Champions and articulates organizational vision and value propositions to serve as foundation for associate and leadership messages.
Assesses organizational readiness to align leaders, engage stakeholders, and identify barriers to effectively drive communication outcomes throughout the broader organization.
Proven track record of creating brand awareness outside of ADP in order to boost sales, our image as a technology leader and creates market awareness that leads to recruitment of talent.
Creates and manages measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of communication vehicles (GPT Works, GPT Academy, Town Halls, Conferences, email Communications).
Creates compelling and creative communications that appeal to a multi-generational workforce.
Leverages all communication channels to drive awareness, promote education and encourage usage both externally and internally.
Is an active and visible coach to leaders who are change sponsors for all initiatives.
Creates and drives communications around engagement activation programs that raise associate awareness, promote associate engagement, and advance the transformation of being a technology organization.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

7-10+ years of experience in internal and external communications strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or related field.
Extensive Public Relations experience highly preferred.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in branding internally and externally C-Suite executives.
Demonstrates skill and comfort in proactively building relationships and collaboration with senior leaders.
Extensive successful writing experience for all communication channels (web, email, media, presentations, etc.).
Demonstrates track record of designing and leading communication efforts in a highly matrixed organization, including tool development and deployment.
Deep expertise in communication design with proven ability to influence key messages to large multi-disciplined organizations.
Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategy into thoughtful culture building action plans and outputs.
Demonstrates business acumen and has strong project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
